Bungalow Extension & Exterior Transformation
Location: Kulai, Johor
Project Type: Bungalow Extension & Full Exterior Redesign

This project involved the extension and complete exterior redesign of an existing bungalow in Kulai.

Rather than simply adding new spaces, the entire façade was reworked to create a stronger architectural identity and a more cohesive contemporary appearance. The extension is carefully integrated with the existing structure, combining dark grey architectural finishes, warm timber tones and clean geometric forms.

Vertical feature panels and recessed openings add depth and proportion to the façade, while strategically placed architectural lighting enhances the textures and layers of the exterior at night.

The design focuses on creating a home that feels bold yet refined, modern yet timeless, while maintaining a comfortable residential character.
